Taco Joe's

First off, I never write reviews. However, I felt the need to because in regard to my experiences at this location, I have nothing negative to comment. I’ve visited 3 times and their chicken fajitadilla quesadilla along with their chips & queso have become my go-to menu options. The portions are just right; personally very filling! In addition, the pricing is reasonable. Moreover, the employees have always been friendly and the restaurant has always been clean. I’m looking forward to stepping out of my comfort zone and exploring more from their large menu selection in the upcoming future. I 1000% recommend trying Taco Joe’s out, so if you’re unsure; this is your sign to do so!

Funny experience,I came here once before didn’t have an issue staff was kind and I was in and out,but today I came in and ordered some tacos I asked the girl who was putting the toppings on my taco nicely that I still wanted to add more stuff on my taco as she proceeds to keep wrapping it and just stares at me looking annoyed Lol then when she puts the hot sauce on she puts it all on one spot..so that’s great and I got charged for guac on all my tacos when I just got guacamole on one taco.

I’ve been coming to pick up food from this location for months & recently a new young woman was hired as the store location manager. She’s turned this location around which is visible & you can feel the difference when you walk in just in the cleanliness, courteousness, attention given & totally changed atmosphere compared to a few months ago. A few months ago they didn’t except phone calls & they are almost updated with that as it’s so obvious that this manager takes so much pride in her managerial position to make this location the best possible! Will be ordering more from Taco Joes with my entire staff locally.

Me and my cousin were greeted with a warm smile from the very moment we stepped in. The service from the workers to manager was topnotch quality, and the atmosphere was tranquil and inviting. The manager goes above and beyond to please her customers for total satisfaction. We each got chicken quesadillas which was perfectly cooked and tasty. You can tell the ingredients are freshly made, and if you can’t tell—then you have BAD taste buds…They have a variety of options that you can choose and customize from. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and service

I have been a huge customer at the West Babylon location since it opened. The food was excellent, service was great and restaurant was always well taken care of. That was up until the manager of the store left. The quality of food went down, portions were less and employees were rude, never smiled and didn’t know what they were doing and Constantly were out of things. THANK GOD THE MANAGER IS BACK!!! The lady with black hair with bun always on top of her head my husband and I call her Mama. This is the best thing that the owners could have ever done and should never have let her go to begin with. So many people I know including myself stopped buying food from there because of everything I just said but I myself am regularly going to store again, the food is back to being delicious and store properly run. Good employees are so hard to find and when you have one that treats your business like their own you should never let them go!! Welcome back Mama please don’t ever go anywhere, the Taco Joes you work at is the best!!!
